Sal Grausso has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 2000. In 2000, they began working at Ernst & Young LLP as an Associate. In 2001, they moved to Pharmacia & Upjohn as a Senior Analyst in U.S. Pricing & Reimbursement. In 2003, they joined Merck as an Executive Director in Commercial Strategy Diversified Brands and later as an Executive Director and Head of Global Pricing. Sal also served as Senior Director of Global Strategic Market Access (Ex U.S.) and Director of Operations in U.S. Managed Markets. In 2012, they moved to Ironwood Pharmaceuticals as Global Market Access. In 2013, they joined Celgene as Executive Director of U.S. Market Access, Immunology & Inflammation. In 2016, they moved to Endo Pharmaceuticals as Senior Vice President of U.S. Patient Access & Established Brands. In 2019, they joined Radius Health, Inc. as Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of Market Access. In 2021, they moved to Goodroot as President of Pharmacy Cost Solutions. In 2022, they joined SGIII Consulting as President and ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Head of Market Access.
Sal Grausso obtained a Master of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2000. Prior to that, they took courses towards a degree in Business at the University of Maryland from 1993 to 1995. In 2011, they completed the Merck Global Human Health Executive Development Program at Wharton Executive Education.
