The Product and Marketing team at American Residential Services (ARS)/Rescue Rooter® focuses on developing and promoting cooling, heating, and plumbing services. Led by the Chief Marketing Officer, this team collaborates to create compelling marketing strategies and innovative product offerings, ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers. Members include the Director of Product, who oversees product development and innovation, and the Director of Offline Marketing, who manages traditional marketing tactics to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
