Mr. Rossi previously served as interim CEO and an advisor to the board of directors of Elite Comfort Solutions, a former Arsenal portfolio company. Mr. Rossi also served as President and CEO of Balchem Corporation for 17 years and has held leadership positions at NoritAmericas and Oakite Products.
