George Demetri

Dr. Demetri is a Senior Advisor for the healthcare team. He currently serves as the Director of the Center for Sarcoma and Bone Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Director of the Ludwig Center at Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center, and as the Executive Director for Clinical and Translational Research at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research. He is also a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Prior to joining the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, he worked at the National Cancer Institute, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Somerville Hospital, and Pacific Medical Center.
