Joe Rooney

Joe Rooney is an investment partner at Arsenal Capital Partners. Joe has previous experience working as an investment banker and financial analyst at Citigroup and GSC Group. Joe has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.

After graduating from Half Hollow Hills High School East, Joe Rooney attended Northwestern University where they obtained their BA in Mathmatical Methods in the Social Sciences / Economics.

They work with Bob Farmer - VP, Strategy & Research, Patrick Flynn - Director, Technology, and John Televantos - Senior Partner. Joe Rooney reports to Terry Mullen, Managing Partner.
