Martin Coulter

Martin Coulter is an Operating Partner for the healthcare team. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2022, he was an Operating Partner of TPG Growth and The Rise Fund. Previously, Martin was the CEO of PatientsLikeMe, a personalized patient health network, and before that, was an Executive Vice President and General Manager for The Advisory Board Company, a healthcare technology and services firm, where he led the performance technology division.
