Sal Gagliardo

Sal Gagliardo is an operating partner at Arsenal Capital Partners. Sal has over 25 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry, including serving as vice president of strategy and business development at Vertellus Specialties Inc. and president and general manager of Cambrex Corporation's Rutherford Chemicals Division. Prior to that, they held various engineering and operations management roles at BASF Corp, Reichold Chemicals, and FMC Corp.

Sal Gagliardo has a Master of Science (M.S.) in International Management Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology - School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
