Thomas E. Tuft serves as a Firm Advisor of Arsenal. Mr. Tuft was Chairman of the Global Capital Markets Advisory and Vice Chairman of US Investment Banking at Lazard Ltd. from 2009 - 2018. Previously, he was with Goldman Sachs & Co. in a variety of key positions. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1976 as Vice President in Institutional Sales and co-founded its Equity Capital Markets business in 1985, becoming General Partner in 1986. He served as Head of the Global Equity Capital Markets business beginning in 1988 and Chairman of the Global Capital Markets Group at Goldman Sachs & Co. since 2004. For over 25 years, he led a key role in a variety of equity offerings in the U.S. and landmark privatizations worldwide, including solicitation, marketing, management, and pricing of domestic and international equity issues.
