Adam Birchall has extensive experience in youth football coaching, primarily with Arsenal F.C. since August 2011, where roles have included U18 Head Coach, U17 Head Coach, and various positions leading development phases for players aged U12 to U16. Birchall has also served as a coach for U9 and U10 teams, enhancing the foundation phase for players at the Arsenal Youth Academy. Prior to coaching, Birchall had a professional playing career with clubs such as Barnet FC, Gillingham FC, and Arsenal, beginning with signing professional forms in 2002. Educational credentials include the UEFA A License, advanced youth awards, and participation in the Future Coach Developer cohort through The Premier League.
