Ben Roberts

Ben Roberts has extensive experience in talent identification and coaching within football, currently serving as the Pre Academy Talent ID Lead and Assistant Pre Academy Coordinator at Arsenal F.C. since September 2016, and previously held the role of Regional Lead Scout for West London & Middlesex. Prior to this, Ben was a Company Partner at Hardings Concrete from July 2002 to December 2022, and owned a franchise of Arsenal Soccer Schools from February 2008 to October 2016. Additionally, Ben gained coaching experience with Watford Football Club and Excel Sports from September 1997 to May 1999. Ben holds a Sports Science degree from the University of Brighton, earned in 2002.
