Demi Paffett

Demi Paffett currently serves as the People Data & Systems Coordinator and previously held the position of People Administrator at Arsenal F.C. since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at Helix International Group and a Human Resources Administrator at First Title Insurance plc. Demi's career began with a position as a Receptionist at Stephen James BMW & MINI, and included experience as an Online Shopper at Sainsbury's and a Silver Service Waitress at BROMLEY MASONIC HALL LIMITED. Demi Paffett obtained a 2:1 BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, from 2015 to 2018 and completed A Levels and GCSEs at Bullers Wood School between 2008 and 2015.
