Errol Johnson Project Manager

Errol Johnson is a Project Manager with extensive experience in youth development and talent identification within football. Currently, as a Talent ID Scout for Arsenal F.C. since July 2021, Errol specializes in scouting talent aged 15-16 in the South London region. Additionally, Errol is the Founder of Mad About Football Academy, which relaunches talent showcases for U16s and U23s, successfully connecting players to professional clubs. As a Founder Member of MADAbout Kidz/NS2S since 2008, Errol has created programs focusing on engaging vulnerable youth through sport. Previously, Errol served as Assistant Head of Recruitment for Crystal Palace Football Club and as a Scout for Charlton Athletic Football Club, enhancing youth recruitment efforts. Errol's career also includes significant contributions as a Youth Worker and Project Manager with Lewisham Local Authority from 1988 to 2013, emphasizing positive youth engagement and personal development.
