Patrick Connaghan-Byrne

Patrick Connaghan-Byrne is a seasoned football coach and operational specialist with extensive experience in youth development and talent identification. Currently serving as the AWFC U9 Lead and U14 Technical Coach, as well as a Talent ID Reporter at Arsenal F.C. since August 2014, Patrick has also held various coaching roles across different age groups within the Arsenal Women program. In addition to football coaching, Patrick is a Process Technician at Thames Water, specializing in customer continuous improvement, while also founding CAPITAL GIRLS ELITE DEVELOPMENT in February 2022. Previous coaching roles include managing the Watford FC Girls ETC U16’s and leading the girls' development programs at London Football School. Patrick holds educational credentials from Arsenal Football Club and The Palmer Catholic Academy.
