Richard Garlick

Richard Garlick currently serves as the Managing Director of Arsenal F.C., a position held since May 2021, where leadership of the Executive Team focuses on aligning club strategy with values to foster pride and belonging among fans. Previously, Richard held key roles such as Director of Football Operations at Arsenal, overseeing football operations and administration, and Director of Football at The Premier League, where responsibilities included player transfers and the Elite Player Performance Plan. Richard’s earlier career included various positions at West Bromwich Albion Football Club, culminating in a Board appointment, as well as legal positions at Clarke Willmott, Anthony Collins, and Walker Morris LLP. Richard earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Newcastle University.
