Tom Harlow

Tom Harlow currently serves as the Head of Talent at Arsenal F.C., overseeing talent acquisition and development within the People team since June 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of Talent Development Lead at Arsenal and has extensive experience as the Founder of Carini Consulting, where assignments included strategic HR consultancy for notable organizations like Tottenham Hotspur, Commonwealth Games England, and Action Sustainability. With a robust background in leadership development and internal communications, Tom has also served as Chief People Officer at Corinium Global Intelligence and held various roles at The Football Association and Sport England. Tom's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources from London South Bank University and a Bachelor's degree in European Business Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
