Cynthia Savage, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the field of operations research and project management. Cynthia is currently working as a Technical Project Manager at ARServices since July 2021. Prior to this, Cynthia worked at SAIC from January 2019 to July 2021, where they served as a Section Manager for a team of 8 subject matter experts (SMEs) and handled customer concerns, personnel issues, training, certifications, and reporting. Cynthia also managed an annual travel budget of $60,000 and contributed to business development proposals.

From December 2017 to January 2019, Cynthia worked at Engility Corporation as a Section Manager, where they performed similar duties for a team of 8 SMEs and contributed to business development proposals. Prior to this, they served as both a Section Manager/Senior Operations Research Analyst from January 2017 to December 2017, managing a team of 6 modeling and simulation engineers and handling human resource actions and project scheduling.

Cynthia also has experience as a Senior Operations Research Analyst at Engility Corporation (formerly TASC) from March 2015 to December 2017, at TASC from April 2012 to March 2015, at AT&T Government Solutions from April 2006 to February 2012, at Yoh IT from October 2005 to April 2006, at MCR LLC from February 2004 to October 2005, and at Frontier Technology, Inc from July 1999 to February 2004. During these roles, they worked on various operations research and analysis projects.

Cynthia began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech from January 1997 to July 1999. Cynthia holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Cynthia Savage, MBA, PMP, has a strong educational background with a focus on business, organizational leadership, mathematics, and industrial and systems engineering. Cynthia obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business in the years 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, Cynthia completed their Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering (Operations Research Option) from Virginia Tech, from 1997 to 2003. Cynthia also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics (Applied Computational Option; Operations Research) from Virginia Tech, which they earned between 1993 and 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Cynthia Savage has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in September 2013. This certification further enhances their expertise in managing and leading projects effectively.
