Cynthia Savage, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the field of operations research and project management. Cynthia began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech from January 1997 to July 1999. Cynthia holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Cynthia Savage, MBA, PMP, has a strong educational background with a focus on business, organizational leadership, mathematics, and industrial and systems engineering. Cynthia obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business in the years 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, Cynthia completed their Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering (Operations Research Option) from Virginia Tech, from 1997 to 2003. Cynthia also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics (Applied Computational Option; Operations Research) from Virginia Tech, which they earned between 1993 and 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Cynthia Savage has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in September 2013. This certification further enhances their expertise in managing and leading projects effectively.
