Robert J. Yost

Robert J. Yost has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Robert J. began their career as the Chief of Army Enlisted Policy, where they developed and published Army policy for enlisted soldier programs. Robert J. also served as the Chief of the Individual Readiness Division and was the Executive Agent for the DoD Rest and Recuperation Program. Yost later became the President of the National Capital Region Board where they led the evaluation of physical disability cases. Robert J. then created and led a start-up enterprise-level organization as the Director of Strategic Outreach, connecting employers to transitioning soldiers. Robert J. also served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Soldier For Life Program Office, achieving operational results through diverse multi-functional teams. Yost's experience includes roles as a Senior Policy Analyst, Senior Business Operations Manager, and Senior Project Program Manager, where they provided strategic support, developed major program initiatives, and served as a customer interface. Currently, Yost is working as a Technical Project Manager at ARServices. Throughout their career, Yost has received recognition for their accomplishments, including receiving the STOPSO Corporate Award in 2015 and 2016.

Robert J. Yost obtained a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management and Personnel Management from Florida Southern College, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Management at the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 1999. More recently, they completed a Master's of Arts (M.A.) in Military Strategic Studies, General at Air University - Air War College from 2011 to 2012.
