Amanda Fox, CCISO, CISM, CISSP, CCSFP

Amanda Fox, CCISO, CISM, CISSP, CCSFP, has extensive experience in the technology and healthcare industries. Amanda began their career in 2013 as Chief Innovation Officer at Roche. In 2016, they joined Medinet Healthcare Agency as Vice President of Strategy and Innovation, where they were responsible for developing and executing the company's strategy and innovation for all locations. In 2020, they joined Arshnet Technologies as VP Corporate Strategy - M&A, where they were a key member of the Arshnet M&A team working on transactions across the Arshnet portfolio of businesses. In this role, they led the M&A transaction process through the closing of a transaction, working closely with leaders in the business units and corporate functions, to effectively and efficiently drive the acquisition or divestiture process. Amanda also worked with the rest of the M&A team to identify and evaluate M&A opportunities.

Amanda Fox holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2008.
