Cis Leonard Collins

Leonard Collins has a diverse work experience starting in 1995 with their role as CTR in the US Navy. Leonard then moved on to work as a Program Manager at Unisys from 2002 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Enlighten IT Consulting, MacAulay-Brown Inc. Following that, they worked as an Infrastructure Manager at Polaris Alpha from 2015 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Net Vision Consultants, Inc. as a Senior Principal System Engineer and also took on the role of Director of Information Technology. Starting in 2020, Leonard joined ARSIEM Corporation as the Information System Security Engineer and later became the Chief Technology Officer.

Leonard Collins, PMP CISSP, holds a Master's degree in Information Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which was obtained from 2001 to 2004. Leonard also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Goldey-Beacom College, earned between 1985 and 1989.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Leonard has acquired several certifications. Leonard obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in May 2015 and became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in March 2015. Leonard also holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Masters from Scrum Alliance and as an MCSE from Microsoft, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
