Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at ARSS Group is responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. They handle employee relations, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and support training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities. Additionally, the team maintains employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and assists with coordination of administrative functions and tender processes.
