John Baldwin is a seasoned educator and theater professional with extensive experience in directing, teaching, and graphic design. Currently serving as the Theater Director at Sheck Hillel Community School and a Creative Graphic Designer at Echelon Front, John has also held teaching positions in various subjects, including theater and humanities, at Conservatory Prep Schools and Harvard International Academy. Additionally, John has provided consultation for theater lighting and set designs for private companies and directs summer theater camps at the Art and Culture Center/Hollywood. With a background that includes roles as a teacher at Mater Academy, Inc. and Viacom, along with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Florida State University, John Baldwin has cultivated a diverse skill set in both the educational and artistic realms.

The mission of the Art and Culture Center/Hollywood is to cultivate creativity and the support of the arts in our community through education, innovation, and collaboration. The Center promotes excellence in the visual and performing arts via contemporary gallery exhibitions, stage performances, documentary films, artist talks, and educational programs that reflect the highest standards of artistry and diversity. The Center was founded in 1975 and is the third oldest arts non-profit in Broward County.
