Gilly Caulo is an experienced production and customer experience manager with a strong background in the arts and customer service. Currently serving as Production Manager at Art Bath, Gilly oversees an immersive performance salon series featuring diverse artists in New York City. Previously, Gilly held the position of Customer Experience Manager at JUDY, where responsibilities included leading customer support communications, advocating for customer issues, coordinating with shipping partners, and creating engaging content. Gilly also gained experience in customer experience roles at Wonder and Munster Restaurant Group, along with bartending.
