Harold Beaulieu

Harold Beaulieu has extensive experience in the field of arts administration, serving at the Art Department in North Richmond, California, since January 1990. In addition to this role, Harold was the Founding President of the Vallejo Artists Guild from January 1991 to January 1993, demonstrating leadership and commitment to supporting the arts community.
