Rachael Browning currently serves as the Director of Programme & Policy and previously held the position of Head of Programme Development at Art Fund since August 2018. Prior to this, Rachael Browning was the Senior Programmes Manager for Projects at the same organization. Rachael Browning earned an M.Litt in Museum and Gallery Studies from the University of St Andrews in 2004 and holds a MA Hons in History of Art from The University of Edinburgh, obtained in 2001.
