Michael Ladd has a diverse background in sales and management roles, with experience in companies such as YMCA of Greater Toronto and American Express. Currently, Michael serves as the Manager of Visitor Experience Operations at the Art Gallery of Ontario. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nipissing University and a Diploma of Sport & Recreation from Chisholm Institute.
