Museum Educator at Art Institute of Chicago

Meghan Fritz is a dedicated museum educator at the Art Institute of Chicago since September 2022, concurrently serving as a teaching artist with Art Encounter since March 2022 and the owner of Grounded Ceramics since October 2017. With extensive experience in educational roles, Meghan has previously worked as an admissions consultant at InGenius Prep and held positions at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago as both Academic Advisor and Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions. Prior roles include managing youth and family programs at the Corcoran Gallery of Art, serving as an administrative assistant in undergraduate admissions at the Maryland Institute College of Art, teaching elementary art at Point Pleasant Elementary School, and acting as Senior Education Coordinator at The Walters Art Museum. Meghan holds a Master of Arts in Art Education with a focus on Museum Education from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from The Ohio State University.
