Prior to this dual role, Debbie accumulated extensive experience at bp from 2007 to 2020, progressing through various positions including Production Geophysicist and Exploration Geophysicist, and was recognized for strong analytical and strategic skills. Additionally, Debbie founded The Good Granola Company Ltd, an award-winning business launched within one year. Debbie Lee holds a Master of Earth Sciences degree from the University of Oxford, further enhancing a robust professional foundation.
