Christoph Rieschl is currently the Senior Investment Manager Design & Construction at Art-Invest Real Estate. Prior to this, Christoph worked at Böhm Stadtbaumeister und Gebäudetechnik GmbH as the Technischer Einkauf und Leitung Kalkulation HKLS. Christoph was responsible for leading a team in creating structured cost estimates, negotiating with clients and subcontractors, and optimizing technical systems. Christoph's most interesting project was the Parlament Ersatzquartiere. Previously, Christoph worked at STRABAG as a Projektleiter Einkauf und Kalkulation HKLS, where Christoph was involved in various HKLS projects and served as the project leader for the BVH Allianz Stadion des SK Rapid Wien. Christoph's educational background includes a degree in Maschineningenieurwesen from HTBLuVA Pinkafeld.
