The team oversees the full lifecycle of investments from initial acquisition and design to construction and asset management, ensuring alignment with the company's "manage to core" strategy. They manage both proprietary capital and regulated institutional funds, with a focus on optimizing returns and mitigating risks for over 20 institutional investors.
