Sampat Althur

Sampat Althur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, housing solutions, and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Coral Stayz, Sampat focuses on co-living and serviced apartments, while also leading the Bengaluru PG Owners Association as President, aiming to enhance affordable rental housing. As the founder of Pop-Up Housing NGO and founder director of innovative housing solutions, Sampat specializes in designing affordable housing kits for urban poor and disaster relief. In a joint managing director role at Reddys Residency, Sampat has contributed to affordable rental housing for over 15 years. Additionally, Sampat's background includes project management for SELCO Foundation, technology leadership at Infosys, and significant engineering roles at Honeywell Aerospace. Sampat holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya College of Engineering Technology.
