Mrinal Chawla

Mrinal Chawla serves as a Director in the Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) for the Government of India since August 2014, overseeing audits for various central ministries and previously holding positions as Deputy Accountant General in Haryana and Punjab. Additionally, Mrinal engages in teaching Sudarshan Kriya and Yoga as a Faculty member with the Art of Living since August 2016 and contributes as a volunteer since May 2007 for social welfare initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Environment and Sustainable Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Master's in Economics from Panjab University, an MDP in Finance from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Master's in Biomedical Science from Delhi University, an MSc in Marine Biotechnology from Goa University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Honors in Biomedical Sciences from Delhi University. Prior experience includes a brief role as a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at ICGEB focused on dengue vaccine development.
