Lacey Villa Elia

Lacey Villa Elia is an experienced brand and category manager with a robust background in retail merchandising. Since September 2015, Lacey has been with MacPherson's, currently serving as Brand Manager for Exclusive Brands after previously holding the role of Category Manager. Prior to this, Lacey worked at NapaStyle for eight years, advancing through various roles including Senior Merchant, Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and Merchandise Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing a significant portion of the product assortment and developing seasonal assortment plans. Earlier experience includes serving as Womens Department Merchandising Manager at JC Penney from March 2006 to March 2007. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Merchandising Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned in 2006.
