Neil McIntyre

Neil joined MacPherson's in 2013 and currently serves as the company's Chief Revenue Officer. He leads the sales and customer service teams but is heavily involved with all departments to drive revenue and growth while ensuring alignment on company strategy and execution.

Neil plays a pivotal role in interacting with their retail and vendor partners and has a vast background in the industry that helps to inform decisions around wholesale distribution, brand management, and pricing and promotion policies. As a leader, he believes in the importance of nurturing a positive culture and has a coaching and mentoring style that is built on a foundation of teamwork, accountability, and honesty. He believes the success of MacPherson's goes hand-in-hand with the success of the larger creative community, at a time when the demand for creative products has never been greater.

Born and raised in New Jersey, he now resides in Naples, Florida with his wife and twin sons. When he's not traveling or working, he enjoys being outdoors, exercising, listening to music, reading, and living in what he calls paradise.
