Since January 2016, Gini has served as a board member for Art with Heart, contributing to organizational governance. Gini's coaching practice, Exceleration Coaching, has been active since January 2012, focusing on enhancing personal and professional effectiveness. As an organizational consultant since June 2007, Gini has engaged in projects centered around strategic visioning and employee communication. Previous roles include Director of Small Business Sales Operations at Verio/NTT and Sales Manager at Dotson Institute, alongside educational credentials that include a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Washington State University.

For over 20 years, Art with Heart has been using the healing power of creative expression to support kids and youth. Our therapeutic, art-based curriculum and books are a proven path to transforming pain into possibility. Now in our third decade, we’ve merged with Childhaven and a family of services dedicated to relational health and connecting with kids and their communities in all the places they live, learn, and play.
