Alvin Cai

Alvin Cai has an extensive career at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) since June 2009, holding roles such as Vice President of New Ventures and Head of Venture Building, where responsibilities include collaborating with global founders to develop new ventures and support corporate startups through venture capital and incubations. Prior positions at EDB encompassed Assistant VP for Professional Services and Centre Director for South America, contributing to industry development and facilitating business operations in the Americas. Alvin's experience includes co-founding Atlantis Power Services and serving as an observer on the boards of Arta Finance and NaviX Solutions, alongside a background in organizational learning at Starwood Hotels. Alvin holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Accountancy from Singapore Management University and studied at NEOMA Business School.
