Chris Guarino

Chris Guarino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Currently serving as the Principal and Director of Western Slope Operations for Artaic Group since February 2022, Chris also holds a position as the Director on the Board of Education for Summit School District, elected for a four-year term beginning in November 2021. Previously, Chris was the Managing Director at NV5, overseeing project management in various regions including Southern California and New York City, and has held roles in construction management, sustainable project management, and real estate. Chris started a career in real estate development and transitioned to construction operations in Breckenridge, CO. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Public Communication from Loyola University Chicago, Chris is a LEED AP BD+C and has expertise in procurement, contract management, and budget oversight for multiple project types including educational facilities and affordable housing.
