Lagu has held various leadership positions in companies such as ARTBIO, Mitobridge, Inc., Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, Johnson & Johnson, and Synaptic Pharmaceutical Corp. Lagu's expertise in drug discovery and external sourcing has been instrumental in advancing research and development within the industry. Lagu holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Clemson University and has also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Emory University.
