Shahnawaz Khan

Shahnawaz Khan has extensive experience in recruitment operations and staffing, currently serving as Manager of Recruitment Operations & Strategy at Artech L.L.C. since November 2019, after progressing through roles including Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in US Staffing. Prior to this, Shahnawaz worked as Operations Manager for US Staffing at Flexton Inc. from July 2015 to November 2019, and as a Talent Acquisition Executive/Technical Recruiter at MSS Infotech from December 2012 to June 2015. Shahnawaz began a career as a Process Associate at MTS Pvt. Ltd. in 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing & International Business Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Science, both from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
