Shirley Li

Shirley Li serves as the Consulting Director at Artefact since January 2021, having progressed through roles including Consulting Manager - Data & Digital and Senior Data Consultant, focusing on Data & Digital Transformation. Prior to this, Shirley held the position of Senior Strategy Analyst at China Ping An from January 2019 to January 2020 and completed a Strategy Analyst Internship at Ping An in late 2018. Additional experience includes a Short Term Consultant role at the World Bank Group and internships in research and data analysis at Global Strategy Group and health care policy at APCO Worldwide. Shirley holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, complemented by an exchange year at the University of Bonn.
