Angela Cariano has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Angela is currently working as a People & Culture Manager at ARTEMEST, where they are responsible for various HR activities, including recruiting, talent attraction, onboarding, training, internal communication, and company events. Angela is also involved in budget management and supports the company in its global expansion. Prior to this, Angela worked as an HR Specialist at ARTEMEST and as a Corporate Recruiting & Development Specialist at axélero, where they handled recruitment, talent attraction, onboarding, training, and performance appraisal. Angela began their career as an HR Generalist at Facile.it, focusing on recruiting, talent acquisition, employer branding, and training. Angela also gained experience as an HR Recruiter Intern at Europ Assistance Italia.

Angela Cariano has an education history that includes two notable experiences. In 2010, they attended Università degli Studi di Milano, where they studied Mediazione Linguistica e Culturale until 2013. Additionally, in 2015, they completed an Executive Master program in Risorse Umane at MELIUSform.
