Anindita Bantwal has a wealth of experience in the marketing and communications field. Anindita began their career in 2014 as an intern at Surviving Actors Ltd and Casting Days Ltd, where they performed client research and data collection, coordinated development and launch of social media campaigns, and managed contact lists. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Intern at Mostr'Arti, where they organized two successful art exhibitions and provided market research, developed campaign strategies, P&A, editorial work for all P&A material, press releases, social media and website text. In 2016, they worked as a Press, Marketing and Communication Intern at roBOt Festival, where they built and managed artist press kits, performed artist research, created press releases and website content, and successfully organized a four-day digital music/art festival. From 2017 to 2018, Anindita worked at Medialab Group, where they started as an Account Executive and rose to the role of Senior Account Executive and Account Manager. During this time, they responded to client briefs, developed and implemented strategies, tested targeting and structural strategies on digital channels, conducted desk research, and created reports and forecasts. In 2020, they took on the role of Digital Marketing Manager at KF Beauty, where they led the marketing activity for a global cosmetic company, created reports and forecasts, and built the audience lead creative strategy. In 2021, they moved to Congo Social as a Digital Marketing Manager and to Artemest as an Online Marketing Manager.

Anindita Bantwal obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General from the University of Roehampton between 2011 and 2014. Anindita then completed a Foundation degree in Art and Design from the University of the Arts London between 2010 and 2011. In 2014, they obtained a Master's Degree in Economics, Management and Statistics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Additionally, in January 2022, they obtained a Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Garage.
