David Lastie III, MBA, CDFM, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial management and consulting within the Department of Defense. Currently serving as a Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at Artemis Consulting, LLC since March 2018, David has previously held roles such as Business Financial Manager at SPAWAR and Financial Analyst at Artemis Consulting, where support was provided to Government Business Financial Managers. David's earlier career includes positions in naval operations, notably as Assistant Operations Officer at the Center for Surface Combat Systems and various officer roles aboard USS Arleigh Burke and USS Carr, where leadership and coordination of training programs were key responsibilities.
