Tara Borre

Tara Borre is an accomplished executive in the field of recruitment and search, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Artemis Executive Search since March 2021. Under Tara's leadership, Artemis partners with lower middle market private equity and venture capital sponsors alongside their portfolio companies. Prior to establishing Artemis, Tara held the position of Executive Senior Partner at Lucas Group from September 2012 to February 2021, contributing to a private equity-backed national executive search firm that was later acquired by Korn Ferry. Tara's career began as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch from June 2005 to January 2007, followed by a role as an Executive Recruiter at various local and global firms between January 2007 and August 2012. Tara Borre earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
