Alex Shepard

Alex Shepard is a Senior Project and Contracts Engineer at Artemis Gold Inc. since July 2021, following experience as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Wood, where notable projects included the Biocrude Demonstration Plant study and the Recovery Boiler BMS System Upgrade. Prior to this, experience at Amec Foster Wheeler involved roles such as Business Analyst/Executive Advisor, where Alex led a cloud-based strategy execution platform initiative, and Business Development Coordinator, enhancing the effectiveness of business development across multiple sectors. Alex also held positions as a Mechanical Engineer at The Lubrizol Corporation and as a researcher at Loughborough University, where a scholarship was awarded for EPSRC funded tribology research. Alex has a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University and A Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering from Downham Market Sixth Form College.
