Nikos Karoutsos has a diverse work experience in the field of finance. NIKOS started their career in 2005 as a Broker in the Foreign Exchange markets at Solid Gold Financial Services Inc. In 2006, they joined Egnatia Group of Companies as a Finance Manager and held the position until 2009. Following that, they worked at ATHENA SA Greece as a Finance Manager from 2009 to 2010. Currently, they are employed at Artemis ITS, where they initially served as a Finance Manager from 2010 and later promoted to the role of Group Chief Financial Officer in January 2020.

Nikos Karoutsos began their education at the University of Essex in 1998 and successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics in 2001. NIKOS then pursued further education at the University of Portsmouth, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Economics Finance & Banking in 2002.
