Spyros Kairis

Spyros Kairis has an extensive and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Spyros currently holds the position of Chief Technical Officer at Artemis ITS since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at FieldCore from 2018 to 2023, where they held the roles of Europe Resource Operations Leader and Director Europe, Quality and Strategic Planning.

Before joining FieldCore, Spyros worked at GE Power from 2010 to 2018 in various leadership roles, including UK & Ireland Country Manager, Power Generation Services and Power Generation Services Leader for Greece & Cyprus. Spyros was responsible for overseeing the operational and maintenance management of power plants and driving business growth.

Spyros also gained experience at ALSTOM Grid Hellas as Operations Director from 2005 to 2010 and at Siemens as Manager, Airport Solutions and Security Systems from 2000 to 2005.

Spyros began their career at BP in 1995 as an Aviation Operations Manager and Project Engineering Manager before working at MJC2 as a Project Manager in 1992.

Spyros Kairis holds a Master of Science degree in Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College London. Spyros also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from the National and Capodistrian University of Athens. Furthermore, Spyros holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Marshall Goldsmith's Coaching Collection and Six Sigma Green Belt from Marshall Goldsmith's Coaching and GE, respectively. Spyros obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt certification in May 2017 and the Marshall Goldsmith's Coaching Collection certification in May 2023.
