Sheenagh Dougall

Sheenagh Dougall has a strong background in operations and transformation within the financial services industry. Sheenagh is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Artemis Investment Management. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Santander Asset Management UK, including Head of Transformation and PMO and Acting Director of IT & Operations. Sheenagh was responsible for driving business transformation, implementing the Aladdin system, and centralizing the dealing desk. Sheenagh also served as the Head of Operations and Head of Investment Operations at Santander Asset Management UK. Prior to their time at Santander, they worked as an Audit Manager at Deloitte and began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at BOC (UK & Ireland).

Sheenagh Dougall has a significant education history. Sheenagh attended the University of Strathclyde from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Accounting and Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, Sheenagh pursued a Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS), which they successfully completed from 2004 to 2007. Sheenagh also obtained the Chartered Accountant certification from the same institution in November 2007. In 2019, they attended the Harvard Business School Online to gain expertise in Leadership Principles, although they did not receive a specific degree from this program.
