Jonathan Rainford has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Jonathan started their career in 2005 as an Equity Research Associate Analyst at PNC Capital Advisors. In 2007, they joined The CIM Group as an Associate, where they focused on acquiring and developing various real estate projects in urban areas. Their responsibilities included investing in multifamily, condos, hotels, offices, retail, and historic tax-credit properties. In 2011, they became the Managing Director at Artemis Real Estate Partners, where they sourced acquisitions and development projects across different real estate sectors, with a particular focus on industrial and residential projects. Jonathan also managed the team's acquisition efforts in the western US markets.
