Mike Harrington

Mike Harrington has over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. Mike is currently working as a Senior Vice President at Artemis Real Estate Partners. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Construction Management at Fillmore Capital Partners, LLC from 2014 to 2022.

Before that, Mike worked at Balfour Beatty US as the Regional Capability Lead, where they led efforts to identify and develop new capabilities and operational standards. Mike also managed the business acquisition and operational needs of offices in the eastern U.S. Mike previously served as the Integrated Project Manager at Balfour Beatty US as well.

From 2006 to 2010, Mike worked at VORNADO/Charles E. Smith as a Senior Construction Manager. During this time, they oversaw the planning, budgeting, design, and construction of over $300 million worth of Class A apartment buildings in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Mike's earlier experiences include working as a Construction Manager at ZOM in 2005, and as an Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Project Estimator at Clark Construction Group, LLC from 2001 to 2005.

Overall, Mike has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and expertise in construction management and real estate development.

Mike Harrington attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
