Adam Beier

Adam Beier is the VP of Finance at Artemys Foods. Adam has over 15 years of experience in finance and has held positions at OLIPOP PBC and Ripple Foods. At OLIPOP, they led the finance function and drove organizational strategy and capital efficiency as a member of the Leadership Team. Adam also managed investor and Board discussions on performance to Plan, resource planning, margin and cash implications of new channel / product introductions, and capital raises & debt financing. Adam was responsible for driving S&OP forecast to ensure in-stocks while revenue exceeded Plan by +50% to Plan. Adam also developed the financial strategy for eCommerce channel to grow by 40X with improved margin.

At Ripple Foods, they created monthly management decks for the Board and Leadership Team, communicated three statement financial Outlook and actuals versus Plan, and presented KPIs that drove plan achievement accountability in Sales, Procurement, and Logistics departments. Adam also led 5 Year Financial Plan modeling and scenario analysis based on varying future market share goals and communicated optimal product mix, project investment options, and equity financing target to the Board. Adam was also responsible for driving Anaplan implementation of connected planning systems for FP&A, Sales Planning, and Supply Chain.

Adam Beier has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from the University of Iowa in biomedical engineering.
